- How do I activate my Shangri-La Circle online account?
You can activate your Shangri-La Circle online account by simply following these steps:
- Visit Shangri-La Circle website and click "Activate Your Shangri-La Circle Online Account" on the "Member Sign In" page.
- Provide your "Membership Number", "Family Name" and "Email Address".
You will then receive an email with instructions to activate your account.
- How do I update my personal information?To update your profile and personal information, login your membership account on Shangri-La Circle website and click on your membership card image. Select “Dashboard” and then click " Profile" and “Edit” to make the necessary changes
- I have forgotten my password. How do I obtain a new one?
You can request a new password online by following these simple steps:
- Visit Shangri-La Circle website or the Shangri-La Mobile App, click on “Forgot Password”
- Insert your “Membership Number” or “Login Email” and “Family Name”.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your account password.
- How can I change the password for my online account?
You can change the password for your online account by logging in to your membership account by visiting Shangri-La Circle website.
- Click on your membership card image and select “Dashboard”, then click “Profile”
- Select “Change Password” to make the necessary changes and then click on “Save”.
- To change your online account password, we invite you to:
- Download the Shangri-La Circle Mobile App on your mobile device.
- Log in to your SLC account.
- Click on “Account Settings” under “Account” tab.
- Select “Change Password” and submit your request.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your account password.
